90's fest - Payment plan terms

• Payment plans allow you to secure your booking by paying an initial deposit followed by three additional scheduled payments.

• By selecting a payment plan you agree to pay all instalments in full on the scheduled dates shown at checkout.

• All payments made under a payment plan are non-refundable.

• If you cancel your payment plan at any time or fail to complete all scheduled payments you will not receive a refund of any amounts already paid.

• Cancellation or non-payment will result in your booking being cancelled and any tickets or benefits linked to that booking being void.

• The initial deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for each scheduled payment.

• 90s Fest reserves the right to cancel any payment plan if instalments are missed or payment cannot be collected.
